Prices and shipping costs

Price includes tax. The shipping costs depend on the amount of goods ordered and the type of shipping and will be clearly communicated to you before you submit your binding order.

• Deutsche Post: € 7.00 Germany (order value from € 60.00)

• Deutsche Post: 8.00 € package Europe (2kg)

• Express delivery: € 12.00

• Double bottle shipments € 18.90

• Shipping costs Switzerland parcel / small DHL (conditionally insured): 16.50 €

• Shipping costs Switzerland Packet DHL: 25.00 €

Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods.

VAT for deliveries to non-EU countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, e.g. Switzerland, 19% VAT will be reimbursed.

Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail to) or by returning the goods, unless you have acted in your commercial or independent professional activity (orders by Entrepreneurs). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and a detailed instruction in text form. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. Consequences of cancellation

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection, as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the thing like your own property and by refraining from anything that may impair its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. Items that cannot be sent as a parcel will be picked up from you.

You have to bear the cost of returning.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for a return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has been exceeded,

• Audio or video recordings or software, provided that you have unsealed the data carriers supplied,
